Fire engulfs at Hyderabad's Sattva Knowledge City, no casualties reported

HYDERABAD: A blaze erupted on the fifth floor of Sattva Knowledge City in Madhapur at 6.10 am on Saturday, with dense smoke spreading across the vicinity.

The building was empty of employees at the time, resulting in no injuries or fatalities. To control the situation, authorities dispatched four fire engines—two from Madhapur and one each from Kukatpally and Vattinagulapalle—to the spot.

The security staff alerted the fire department upon noticing the smoke. Preliminary findings suggest an electrical short circuit as the possible cause. The loss of property will be assessed once the fire is extinguished.
