Filmmaker falls to death

Hyderabad: A 37-year-old Telugu film director had a fatal fall from the fourth floor of his residential building at Banjara Hills on Thursday night.The deceased, identified as Paidi Ramesh, was living at a flat in the building at Sri Krishna Devaraya Nagar in Banjara Hills. Ramesh rushed to the corridor to pick up the clothes on the washing line after it started raining on Thursday. Due to the gales, some of the clothes fell on the electricity lines. Ramesh was electrocuted and fell from the fourth floor and died on the spot,” police said.Police shifted the body for postmortem and a suspicious death case was registered. TNN
