Ex-PCC secretary surrenders

GUNTUR: Former secretary of Pradesh Congress Committee PCC) L Appi Reddy, an accused in several criminal cases, surrendered before the SP on Thursday.
Reddy''s action surprised many as he surrendered a day after the transfer of SP P S R Anjaneyulu was announced.
The district police have been after Reddy for the last one month after he was found involved in seven murder cases and some other offences.Reddy''s role was uncovered by Ragidi Ravi, a history-sheeter and one-time follower of Reddy, in his confessional statement to the police.
