Dog tied to bike, dragged

HYDERABAD: An unidentified person tied a street dog to a bike and dragged it along the road till Pupalaguda on Friday.
Narsingi inspector P Ramchander Rao said, "Animal rights activists said the dog was injured and then dumped in Pupalaguda. We still don't know who the accused is. Apparently, someone committed the cruel act because street dogs have been biting locals." A case was registered based on a complaint filed by activists.
