Delhi Public School in Hyderabad gets bomb threat

HYDERABAD: Delhi Public School in Nacharam, Hyderabad, received a bomb threat on Tuesday.

The bomb disposal squad quickly arrived at the school to search the area.

The school received an email informing that a bomb was planted on campus and it would go off anytime.

The management immediately alerted police, following which cops from different wings of Rachakonda police and Telangana police along with Bomb and dog squads swung into action and launched a search.

A senior cop said that though it could be a hoax, they are carrying out a thorough search on campus.

The details of the email have also been sent for technical analysis for the sender's details. Accordingly the investigation will proceed, added the cop.

A few days ago too, the same school received a same threat mail from a different e-mail id and that threat also turned out to be a hoax.
