HYDERABAD: Transport minister M Damodar Reddy on Tuesday released the ‘Citizen’s Charter’ of the transport department containing information about obtaining driving licence, vehicle registration and grievance redressal.

HYDERABAD: Transport minister M Damodar Reddy on Tuesday released the ‘Citizen’s Charter’ of the transport department containing information about obtaining driving licence, vehicle registration and grievance redressal.
He felicitated the department officials at Jubilee Hall, Public Gardens here on Tuesday. Felicitating the department officials in recognition of their services during the 32nd National Games 2002, the minister said the commitment of the transport officials, the motor vehicle inspectors, transport constables, attenders and gunmen was commendable.
Regarding the citizen’s charter of the transport department, he said it provides information about the help desk and the transport officials to be contacted for the services.

Motor vehicle inspectors K Niranjan Reddy and M G Vinod Kumar were given gift cheques and appreciation certificates.
