Curtains fall on Institute of Management Technology fest

Peppy and feel good music reverberated around the campus of the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) as the institute’s annual fest, Impelz ended on Saturday. The music, courtesy Bengaluru band Aathma, had a packed audience of over 250 students grooving from the start till the very end.
Language, no bar
The Benguluru band awed the audience with their fluency in several languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.If Raghu Dixit’s popular number Lokadakalaji got the few Kannadigas in the crowd cheering, Agam’s Boat Song, Aaluma Doluma and Hamma Hamma appeased the Malayalees and Tamilians in the audience.
It was Bollywood that stole the show
And while the crowd was animated throughout the concert, the biggest cheers were heard when the band started playing Bollywood. Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai and Pichle Saat Dinon Mein made the decibel and energy levels skyrocket.
