on Tuesday directed the CBI and YSRC MP V Vijaya Sai Reddy to file their counters by August 13 in a plea filed by YSRC rebel MP K Raghu Rama Krishna Raju seeking cancellation of bail to Vijaya Sai.

He was urging the court to cancel the bail on the ground that Vijaya Sai had been violating bail conditions.
