HYDERABAD: The city police on Wednesday quizzed parents of fugitive Naveen Kumar, who allegedly killed his two seniors at Vidyanagar on Monday night, about their son's whereabouts at their residence in Delhi. "Naveen Kumar's parents informed us that they did not receive any call from their son," Nallakunta police inspector P Santosh Kumar said. A lookout notice at all airports, railway stations and bus stands did not help police much even 48 hours after the gruesome murders, as they could gather no leads in the case.
A city police team, led by Kacheguda police inspector B Venkat Ratnam is in Delhi, was in constant touch with Naveen Kumar's father M D Sirhoiwal, who works as a general manager with Canara Bank in Delhi.
