Clean pond in Vengal Rao Park: Mayor

Hyderabad: City mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi on Monday directed officials to clean the accumulated debris in the pond and repair the damaged pathway at Jalagam Vengal Rao Park in Banjara Hills on Monday. The mayor inspected the park after Venkateshwara Colony Corporator Manne Kavita sought her intervention as the dilapidated condition of the place. The mayor also directed water board officials to take steps to divert the sewerage water coming into the park from out side, to proved drinking water connection to the park and she said she will visit in the first week of December, 2022.
