Cinare's Urdu poems released

hyderabad: behta huva naghma, a collection of poems in urdu written by state council for cultural affairs chairman and mp dr c narayana reddy was released here on tuesday by rajya sabha deputy chairperson najma heptullah. speaking on the occasion, heptullah praised narayana reddy for his poetry writing skills in several languages. "if knowing several languages is unique, then saying poetry in different languages is just a miracle," she said.the book is a collection of 10 urdu poems and 60 telugu poems translated into urdu by famous poet qutub sarshar. the book has been published by the veerenya creations. though chief minister n chandrababu naidu, who was scheduled to be present at the function could not attend, but sent a message congratulating narayana reddy on his first book in urdu. ap urdu academy chairman syed shah noorul haq quadri, former chairman of national minorities commission justice sardar ali khan, poets prof mughni tabassum and salahuddin nayyar were present.
