CID puts out lookout notice for Prudential, Vasavi officials

HYDERABAD: The Crime Investigation Department (CID), probing the Vasavi Cooperative Urban Bank and the Prudential Cooperative Urban Bank financial scandals, has issued lookout notices seeking information from the people in arresting the absconding directors.
“The absconding accused will be humiliated by seeing their photographs on the posters,�additional directorgeneral of police M L Kumawat said.The posters, which would be pasted all over the city, will contain telephone numbers -23296559, 27852274, 27852525, 27852520, 9440050317 and 9440050305 - of the officials to whom the information can be passed on, he said.
Former managing director V Rohini Kumar, directors- V Amarnath, G Shankar Yadav, P Vijaya Kumar and Singireddy Srinivas Reddy are listed as absconding. Posters containing photographs of the absconding directors of Prudential Cooperative Urban Bank are also being pasted. Those who figure in the list include P Madhusudhan Rao, C Mallaiah, P Ramakrishna Rao, P Bal Reddy, Dandu Vinod Kumar and managing director B Pullaiah.
