HYDERABAD: Prajarajyam president K Chiranjeevi finally began putting his party in order by constituting a state committee with seven vice-presidents and ten general secretaries and also appointing 15 district presidents.
The names were finalised by a six-member screening committee and endorsed by the political affairs committee, based on the feedback gathered at the grassroots levels and district leaders, Chiranjeevi said.

Addressing a press conference on Sunday, the PRP chief said the entire organisational structure of Mahilarajyam and Yuvarajyam was also in for an overhaul. He said all remaining appointments to the state committee would be completed in the next two months and clarified that all earlier committees were on ad hoc basis.
Chiranjeevi said Pavan Kalyan would continue to be actively associated with Yuvarajyam and said he was reworking his schedules to spend more time with the party and its cadre.
The newly appointed Prajarajyam vice-presidents include K V Ch Mohan Rao, D Srinivas, Amarsingh Tilavath, Kanakarao Madiga, V Varaprasad, Vangaveeti Radhakrishna and Moorthy Jasthi, while the general secretaries are Kothapalli Subbarayudu, Vedavyas B, S A Rehman, Y Anil, T Trimurthulu, K Srikanth Reddy, P Karuna, B Srinivas and C Umamalleswara Rao.
The district presidents are Dr Venkata Ramana (Karimnagar), Captain Karunakar Reddy (Nizamabad), Sivakumar Lingayat (Medak), Dubbaka Narasimha Reddy (Nalgonda), Duvvada Srinivas (Srikakulam), Jyothula Nehru (East Godavari), L Eeswar Rao (Guntur rural), Shaik Shoukat (Guntur urban), Sridhar Krishna Reddy (Nellore), J M C Srinivasulu (Chittoor), Balisetty Hariprasad (Kadapa), Kattela Srinivas Yadav (Greater Hyderabad), Bekkam Janardhan (Mahbubnagar), B Sampath Kumar (Warangal urban) and Manda Ilaiah (Warangal rural).
