Centre bid to alienate youth: Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao

HANUMAKONDA: Panchayat raj and rural development minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao alleged that the Centre was alienating youth hoping to join the military with the Agnipath scheme.
Speaking to the media here, he found fault with Union minister G Kishan Reddy and BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya’s controversial statements regarding Agnipath. Rao cautioned Kishan Reddy against ‘conspiring’ and ‘ridiculing’ the youth.He also condemned defence officials’ attitude towards recruitment, stating authorities had became scapegoats for the Centre.
He said, “All the violence is the responsibility of the Union government”.He demanded Centre withdraw all cases against agitators and follow earlier recruitment process.
