They then moved to the swanky 3-storeyed residence of S Gurulinganagowda, once a farmer and now chairman of the Bellary Urban Development Authority, located at Renukacharya Nagara. The next person to fall in the CBI net was Bidihalli Bhaskar Reddy, a businessman dealing with seeds and fertilizers. Bhaskar Reddy is said to be a close aide and a friend of Janardhana Reddy. The CBI searched Bhaskar Reddy's residence and also his brother Venkatesh Reddy's house.
