HYDERABAD: Three burglars and a property receiver, who were repeat offenders, were nabbed by Task Force officials of Hyderabad police at

Secunderabad

railway station. Valuables worth Rs 1.05 crore was recovered from them. Police, in a press note, said that K Satish, N Narendar Naik, P Srinivas and stolen gold receiver K Sudheer Kumar Reddy were arrested.

In 2016, Hyderabad police had invoked Preventive Detention Act against Satish. In 2017, when Satish, Narendar and Srinivas were in jail, they decided to form a gang. After coming out of jail, they started committing burglaries again. They were involved in burglaries in

Satish used to identify upmarket areas and locked houses. He used to enter the houses by removing window bolts. Narendar used to accompany him while P Srinivas usually stood somewhere nearby to keep an eye on the surroundings. As of now there are seven non-bailable warrants pending against Satish. The accused were caught at Secunderabad station while they were on their way to Mumbai to sell the stolen property, which includes diamonds, platinum and gold jewellery.
