BRS will give Hyd 24x7 water, better roads and drains: KTR
HYDERABAD: BRS working president KT Rama Rao on Monday said that serious efforts will be made to provide drinking water supply round-the-clock in Greater Hyderabad on the lines of 24x7 power supply. Presently, drinking water is supplied on alternate days in Hyderabad.
Recalling how people of the city suffered from innumerable power cuts, scarcity of drinking water, communal riots and lack of government hospitals when Congress governments were in power, KTR said the BRS government solved the water and electricity problems, maintained law and order, ensured religious harmony in the state, provided good roads, constructed flyovers and improved sewerage and drainage system in the last 10 years.
“All the development and welfare people have seen in Greater Hyderabad in the last 10 years is only 25 per cent of what the BRS government has planned.
The remaining 75 per cent will be done during the third term. So, vote BRS to victory to ensure continuation of 24x7 water and power supply, religious harmony, better roads, sewerage and drainage facilities, better health facilities in basthi dawakhanas and business sector to flourish,” KTR said, while addressing polling booths party workers’ meeting in Sanathnagar constituency from where minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav is seeking re-election.
Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Sikhs and people of Seemandhra origin, members of various communities lived like brothers and sisters. The BRS government treated every one of them equally and no one was ever treated as an outsider. It is essential that BRS scores a hat-trick of victories for greater development and welfare, he said.
“To achieve this endeavour, go to the people and tell them the truth, which is development done by the BRS government which is visible. Let them see the development and vote. Tell them not to be carried away by misleading and false campaigns against the BRS on social media by the opposition parties,” KTR told the booth-level party workers
. He said political stability is crucial for development to continue which may not be possible under a Congress government as its leaders fight with one another and replace the chief minister every six months. “Communal tensions and religious hatred are not good for investments and as such BJP should be kept away from power. Only the BRS government can take the ongoing development and welfare to greater heights and people can live peacefully,” he added.

BRS is the ruling party from last 10 years but didn't do and now doing false promises. Telangana people want their and state development not BRS family development. After Telangana state formation, middle class family did not think about own house due to abnormal rates. If state wealth is increased why BRS increased rates.Read allPost comment
