BRS gears up for mega meet in Maha

Hyderabad: BRS leaders are making elaborate arrangements to ensure that the public meeting of party president and chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in Kandhar Loha in Maharashtra on March 26 is a grand success.
Party MLAs A Jeevan Reddy and Shakeel Ahmed along with national general secretary Himanshu Tiwari and Maharashtra farmer cell president Manik Kadam visited the site on Saturday and launched the start of work for the public meeting.
The CM is likely to announce the party’s foray into Maharashtra electoral politics by contesting local body elections. BRS leaders are holding talks with former MPs and MLAs from various parties who are expected to join the BRS on March 26.
Ahmed said that there has been a tremendous response to BRS and 20 ZPTCs have expressed their willingness to join the party. TNN
