Bhatti assures positive response on govt staff, pensioners’ demands
Hyderabad: Deputy chief minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Friday held a meeting with govt employees' JAC leaders at Praja Bhavan, where they placed before him pending PRC, five DAs, over 14,000 crore pending bills and health cards, among other demands.Stating that the govt has been releasing salaries on the first of every month, he said even the release of pending bills has increased from 700 crore to 1,000 crore every month.With the JAC leaders mainly raising the pay revision, DA and health cards, the deputy CM said all these matters would be discussed comprehensively in the cabinet sub-committee and that a decision would be conveyed to employees soon.He clarified that chief minister A Revanth Reddy was taking a positive approach towards resolving employees' issues, and assured that the demands raised would be taken to the CM's notice. A positive decision would be taken soon, Bhatti told the JAC leaders.
