Aurobindo Pharma's US arm incorporates new subsidiary called Cresedemo Pharma

HYDERABAD: Aurobindo Pharma on Monday informed the bourses that its wholly-owned US subsidiary, Aurobindo Pharma USA Inc, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the US called Cresedemo Pharma LLC.The new step-down subsidiary was incorporated on June 13, 2025, with an eye on expanding Aurobindo Pharma’s pharmaceutical products business in the US market, the Hyderabad-based company said in a regulatory filing. The company did not divulge any further details.Aurobindo Pharma said the initial subscription to the newly incorporated subsidiary was made with a share capital of US$10,000 for 10,000 shares at a nominal value of $1 per share.The Aurobindo Pharma scrip closed 0.59% lower at Rs 1143.90 per share on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday as compared to Friday’s closing price of Rs 1150.65 a share.
