Asaduddin Owaisi to voters: Ink your fingers on April 11

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, after filing his nomination for the Hyderabad parliamentary segment on Monday, started his door-to-door poll campaign in the evening.


The campaign began at 4.15pm and continued till 6.15pm. He urged people to come out of their houses on April 11 and vote. He addressed the elderly women as ‘amma’.

During his campaign, he went around Bahadurpura constituency, including Nawab Saheb Kunta, Teegala Kunta and other residential localities in Bahadurpura.

The response from Bahadurpura constituency was overwhelming and people welcomed him with garlands. While youngsters shouted slogans, the elderly people blessed Owaisi and wished him success. “What can any politician or candidate say for this unconditional affection, love from people whom I have never met. I have to work harder to live up to the expectations of the common people but I am certainly blessed Alhamdullilah,” tweeted Owaisi.

He also met people running shops and inaugurated a party office.
