Another reshuffle of IAS officers in state

hyderabad: in yet another reshuffle of indian administrative officers, the government on monday posted m samuel, presently managing director of andhra pradesh state civil supplies corporation, as commissioner of social welfare department. this post has fallen vacant after dinesh kumar was shifted and posted as joint managing director of andhra pradesh transco.however no officer is posted in civil supplies corporation. in another important change,m v s prasad, has been posted as vice-chairman and managing director of andhra pradesh industrial infrastructure corporation (apiic) ltd. he was vice-chairman and managing director of andhra pradesh industrial development corporation (apidc), before being shifted. prasad was holding additional charge of andhra pradesh industrial infrastructure corporation, after r chandrasekhar went on central deputation. s m balasubrahmanyam, on transfer from the post of commissioner of endowments is posted as vice-chairman and managing director of andhra pradesh industrial infrastructure corporation vice m v s prasad. the government has also posted chaya ratan as principal secretary of animal husbandry and fisheries, replacing d muralikrishna, on her return from leave. d muralikrishna, is transferred and posted as principal secretary of home, in place of a raghothama rao. raghothama rao is moved to general administration department to look after, accommodation and state annual reports, replacing a k sharma, who was not given any posting.
