AMVI training complete: 91 officers pass out in Hyderabad; parade held at Telangana police academy

HYDERABAD: The passing out parade of 91 assistant motor vehicle inspectors (AMVIs) was held at the RBVRR Telangana police academy on Wednesday, marking the completion of four months of training.

The recruitment process for 113 AMVI posts, 54 transport constable posts, and 10 junior assistant posts has already been completed.

During their training, the AMVIs received training in various legal provisions, including the Motor Vehicles Act, the Telangana Motor Vehicles Tax Act, and the rules framed under them. They also received training in various rules under the Motor Vehicles Act and criminal laws.
