HYDERABAD: A day after few persons associated with Osmania University Joint Action Committee (OUJAC) created ruckus at the residence of Tollywood actor Allu Arjun, a local court in Hyderabad on Monday granted bail to the accused.

The six persons who were nabbed by Jubilee Hills police were arrested and produced before the court. Later a bail application was moved by their advocate and the concerned local court granted them bail.


Demanding assistance to the family of Revathi, who died in Sandhya theatre, during the premier show following suffocation, the protesters trespassed into the actor’s house and damaged flower pots besides hurling tomatoes.

The issue came into spotlight and police had to rush to the spot, to take the accused into custody.

Meanwhile, political slug feast started after BRS and Congress accused each other over the political affiliation of one of the protesters. While BRS accused Srinivas Reddy as associated to CM Revanth Reddy, the Congress accused him to linked to KT Rama Rao.
