AIMIM to back Yashwant Sinha

Hyderabad: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen has decided to vote for the opposition parties’ consensus candidate Yashwant Sinha in the presidential election scheduled to take place on July 18.AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi tweeted that Yashwant Sinha earlier spoke to him over the phone.On Monday, Yashwant Sinha accompanied by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar, TRS working president K T Rama Rao, and others filed his nomination in New Delhi.
