Addanki apologises to Venkat Reddy

Hyderabad: Congress on Saturday moved swiftly to pacify Bhuvanagiri MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy by issuing a show-cause notice to party spokesperson Addanki Dayakar, who later tendered an apology to the MP for making derogatory remarks against him at a public rally in Chandur on Friday.The TPCC disciplinary action committee headed by former minister G Chinna Reddy served the notice on Dayakar, asserting that even Chinna Reddy was witness to the derogatory remarks made by Dayakar against Venkat Reddy.Dayakar said: “I will personally meet Venkat Reddy and apologise to him.
