to dance enthusiasts of the city, popular exponent of the classical dance form, Deepika Reddy and her students staged a dance recital in the city on Saturday.

and jathis, the dancers captivated the audience with their subtle moves marked by several regional banis. The recital comprised a number of pieces choreographed by Deepika’s guru Dr

. The highlights of the evening were Swagatham Krishna and Mahadeva Shiva Shambho presented in the typical Kuchipudi dance drama format.
