Hyderabad: A realtor was bludgeoned to death by a client at Medipally on Friday. The victim was Ramesh Reddy (55), a resident of Khajaguda in
Nanakramguda
.
On Friday morning, Ramesh Reddy went to Prashant Nagar Colony in Medipally to show his property there to an agent. While Ramesh Reddy reached Idea Janardhan Residency where he owns a property, at around 12.30 pm, 35-year-old Venkatesh of Kothapet met him there. Venkatesh asked Ramesh Reddy to register a flat, for which an agreement has already been made, in his name. There was an argument between Ramesh Reddy and Venkatesh. Severely injured Ramesh Reddy was rushed to a nearby hospital and while undergoing treatment, he succumbed to injuries.
A murder case was registered under section 302 of the
IPC
. Two special teams were formed to nab the absconding accused.
