HYDERABAD: Three persons, including two students, were killed in separate road accidents in the city on Saturday.
Police said Md Ghouse, 16, a class IX student, died when he rammed his motor-cycle into a road divider at Rotary Park on Tank Bund Road on Saturday morning. His pillion-rider, Syed Shahid Hussain, was injured in the incident. Ghouse was a resident of Regimental Bazar.
In another accident, a Class III student, V Sirisha, 7, died when a motor cycle on which she was travelling along with her father and maternal grandmother skidded off the road at Narpally crossroads at Ghatkesar on Friday night.
Sirisha succumbed to injuries on Saturday morning while undergoing treatment at Gandhi Hospital. Sirisha���s father Madhusudhan Rao and her grandmother were injured in the incident. Madhusudhan Rao is a resident of Golnaka near Amberpet.
In another road accident, a tent house owner, P Prashanth Kumar, 61, died when his Kinetic Honda was hit by a car on NTR Marg near Necklace Road. Prashant was a resident of Khairatabad.
