2 from Bidar die as SUV rams into parked lorry

Hyderabad: Two men from Bidar died after their SUV rammed into a parked lorry at Zaheerabad in the wee hours of Friday. The lorry was parked on the road side as the engine had failed.
Police said that the victims, Aviraj (27), a businessman, and Veeresh (30), an engineer, died on the spot. The two had started their journey from Bidar in Karnataka to Zaheerabad and the accident happened around 2 am.
The impact was such that the SUV was crushed against the lorry.Cops had to deploy a crane to separate the SUV from the lorry and it took over two hours to extract the two bodies from the vehicle. Both were in the front seats.
SUV was being driven by Aviraj. Passerbys who stopped to help found them dead in the vehicle. A case was registered under IPC section 304 a (negligence causing death).
