Speaking to TOI, Manjunath C Gowdar, a private company employee said, "It was a very strenuous experience. I faced a series of problems to complete the documentation procedure. It took almost a week for me to complete the procedure of my house registration. This could have been done in a couple of hours had the server and the staff functioned efficiently."
"One of the reasons given by the authorities for the delay in work was the server problem, which made me wait from morning to evening. And whenever the server started working, some agents dodge the queue and gain entry into the office to get their work done, making us wait even longer. And if you approach the middlemen, you should be prepared to shell out how much ever money they ask for," he added.
Rajendra Hungargi, a government employee said, "I came here to transfer property documents in my name. It is still not happening despite several visits and long waits. It looks like I will have to take a long leave from office to get the work done."

We will soon install a new software to increase efficiency and to expedite the process of issuing documents of land and property. In this month we are getting new advanced computers which will enhance work efficiency. People are free to visit us with their problems, will address the issues. As for agents and middlemen, we will bar their entry inside the office," he added.
