To clear extra rush of passengers during festival and winter seasons,SWR will run weekly express special trains between Vasco-da-Gama-Nagapattinam-Vasco-da-Gama as per the following timings, stoppages and dates.

HUBLI: To clear extra rush of passengers during festival and winter seasons, South Western Railway (SWR) will run weekly express special trains between Vasco-da-Gama-Nagapattinam-Vasco-da-Gama (train Nos. 0675/ 0676, five trips in each direction) as per the following timings, stoppages and dates.
Accordingly, Vasco-Da-Gama-Nagpattinam Weekly Express Special (train No.

0675) is departing Vasco-da-Gama station at 19:10 hrs on Mondays (from November 1 to 19), and arriving at Nagapattinam at 19:15 hrs on Tuesday.
En route, the train will touch Madgaon (at 19:45 hrs), Canacona (20:30 hrs), Karwar (20:54 hrs), Kumta (21:45 hrs), Bhatkal (22:36 hrs), Thokkur (01:55 hrs), Mangalore (02:15 hrs), Kasargod (03:13 hrs), Payyannur (03:50 hrs), Kannur (04:45 hrs), Kozhikkode (06:15 hrs), Tirur (07:03 hrs), Shoranur (08:10 hrs), Palakkad (09:15 hrs), Podannur (10:25 hrs), Coimbatore (10:35 hrs), Tirupur (11:18 hrs), Erode (12:20 hrs), Karur (13:40 hrs), Tiruchchirappalli (15:05 hrs), Tanjavur (16:30 hrs), and Tiruvarur (17:35 hrs).
In the return direction, (train No. 0676) Nagapattinam-Vasco-da-Gama Weekly Express Special is departing from Nagapattinam at 22:30 hrs on Tuesdays and arriving at Vasco-da-Gama station at 22:00 hrs on Wednesdays.

The Weekly Express Special has 18 coaches in all, comprising one AC two-tier coach, one AC three-tier coach, nine second-class sleepers, and one general second class-cum-disabled coach, according a press release issued by SWR (Hubli).
