RGUHS: Constable’s daughter bags gold medal in MD Ayurveda course

Haveri: A head constable’s daughter was awarded gold medal from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) Karnataka. Dr Rekha Patil, who is the daughter of MG Patil who works as a head constable in Haveri civil police, received the award from governor Thaawarchand Gehlot recently. She completed her master’s degree at Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Ayurveda, Udupi. Her parents, management and teaching faculty of college lauded her success. “Hard work, dedication and commitment are the main reasons for this success. I am thankful to my parents and teaching faculty who supported me in my efforts,” said Dr Rekha. TNN
