Puzzle and brain games expo today

Belagavi: Pink Samosa, an organisation of around 180 women entrepreneurs of Belagavi, will organize ‘World of puzzles and brain games exhibition’ for two days from Saturday at Millennium Garden at Tilakwadi here in association with Smart Champs, Pune. “This exhibition is an intellectual treat for children of all age groups. There will be 50-plus puzzles on panels and 80-plus hands on puzzles to solve. A special attraction will be multi-player board games,” said Ravindra Naik, head of Smart Champs. Smart Champs has conducted exhibitions and workshops for children and parents in seven countries and many cities in the six states of the country. “In this exhibition, there will be puzzle workshops for schoolchildren. Puzzle solving helps in developing problem solving skills, patience, convergent and divergent thinking. There will be a workshop for parents too. Puzzle solving competition and prize distribution is another attraction,” Naik told reporters. By paying an entry fee of Rs 30, one can play all the puzzles without any time limits. Parents and students can enjoy numeric, linguistic, logical, left brain, right brain and many more puzzles associated with different intellectual areas of soft skills and life skills.
