taluk, with immediate effect pending departmental inquiry.

The order was passed in connection with the case of

illegal transfer of government land

to private people when Biradar was the revenue inspector of

Raibag

. Biradar is facing charges of joining hands with private entities trying to grab 3 acres of government land in survey number 569 in Raibag.
