CM deceived farmers: MB Patil

BIJAPUR: "The chief minister deceived the farmers of the state by cancelling the subsidies already given to them at the time of the swearing-in ceremony," said Babaleshwar MLA M B Patil.
Addressing the election campaign in favour of Congress ZP candidate Bapugouda Patil (Shegunasi) at Kambagi village in Bijapur taluk on Wednesday he said, "Morality reduced at the national level after BJP assumed charge."
He criticized the followers of the chief minister of engaging in looting government property."It is the responsibility of the public to teach a lesson to BJP in the forthcoming election," he said.
Candidate Bapugouda Patil (Shegunasi) appealed to people to cast their vote in favour of recognizing his service in politics for the past 20 years. TP candidate Sharada Ranganagouda Biradar and Sunanda Kokatanur were present at the election campaign.
