Belgaum Times wanted to know what exactly goes into winning such a competition. Here’s a look at a typical day for Narendra: He works out for four hours every day in the gym, which is split into two sessions — one in the morning and the other in the evening. “I consume 30 eggs, one kg chicken and mixed vegetable salad in three meals a day. Many young people consume steroids and artificially-packaged proteins to instantly build muscles, but such fitness is temporary. Instead, I opt for natural intake of proteins and fibre, and the results speak for themselves,” he says.

of Arts and Commerce emerged as the champions, with Rohit Chavan being adjudged Mr RCU.Belagavi District Body Builders Association
(BDBBA). Rohit, of Belagavi’s Beynon-Smith College was adjudged Mr RCU, while Anant Kamu of Gomtesh College was selected the best poser.At the same occasion, Mr RPD best physique competition was also organized for the RPD College alumni body builders.
