Akshaya Paatre was their bait!

DAVANAGERE: The Vidyanagar police arrested four persons in connection with a cheating case here on Saturday. The accused have been identified as Mahantesh, Nandakumar, Usman Ghani and Nagaraj.
The accused had "allegedly" duped one Santhosh Kumar, a Bangalore-based realtor, on the pretext of giving him an `Akshaya Paatre'. After convincing Kumar that he can earn crores using "the rare `Akshaya Paatre', the accused received Rs 5,000 near Kunduvada Lake here.They later left him alone, saying they would bring the `Paatre' from a hidden place. However, they did not return. A case has been booked at Vidyanagar police station.
