To help get the know-how on marketing of agricultural products in north Karnataka, the University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Dharwad, will conduct the 27th national conference on 'Agricultural Marketing' from December 18-20.

Agricultural marketing conference from tomorrow

HUBLI: To help get the know-how on marketing of agricultural products in north Karnataka, the University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Dharwad, will conduct the 27th national conference on 'Agricultural Marketing' from December 18-20.
The UAS is organizing the conference in association with the Karnataka State Agricultural Marketing Board, Bangalore, and the Indian Society of Agricultural Marketing of Nagpur.
Dr S M Mundinamani, organizing secretary of the conference, said, technical sessions will discuss the role of technology in improving the marketing techniques of agricultural products and farmer-centric success stories with respect to marketing procedure.
"Also, strategies to enhance agricultural marketing efficiency in Karnataka will be discussed at the conference. The indicative outlines for the conference's themes and details for submission of research papers are available on the society's website, www.agrilmktg.org."
