Tripura to sign MoU with TATA Tech to upgrade ITIs

Agartala: Tripura govt is set to sign an MoU with Tata Technologies for upgrading 19 ITIs.
Govt spokesperson Sushanta Chowdhury Saturday said, "This initiative is aligned with PM's vision of Start-up India and aims to transform the state's ITIs into centres of excellence," he said. The project will involve an investment of Rs 683.27 crore. Tata Technologies will bear 86% of the cost, while the state will contribute the remaining 14%.
