Agartala: Police arrested a Rohingya youth from the Hapania area under Amtali Police Station after a raid based on secret information on Saturday.Police said the youth had been living in the area for the past two months. The youth, Kabil Anam, is a resident of Myanmar.

Police officials said “important information has been obtained during the initial questioning,” and they hope to identify other individuals or networks linked to him.An investigation is underway into how he settled in the area, and to verify his identity documents and movements, police said.
