Mizoram CM Lalduhoma stresses human capital devpt at NITI Aayog Meet

Aizawl: CM Lalduhoma on Thursday outlined Mizoram’s vision for becoming a knowledge-driven and innovation-led economy, while highlighting human capital development as the cornerstone of the state’s long-term growth strategy during the NITI Aayog meeting.He said the govt is shifting its focus from achieving literacy alone to promoting productive literacy.
