DGP Rajiv Singh acknowledged the challenging times and complex situation faced by the force, emphasizing the need to tackle it with the best possible strength and cooperation from the public. Speaking to the media in Imphal, Singh said security forces are vigilant to prevent the escalation of sporadic incidents of arson and firing. He stressed the importance of returning weapons taken from the forces and currently in circulation to help curb the violence.
