Foolproof arrangements made for counting: CEO

AIZAWL: Except for final randomization of counting officials for counting tables to be conducted early Monday morning before the counting of votes begins, preparations for the exercise are complete.

State additional CEO H Lianzela said all the counting officials are through with their training and dress rehearsals for counting in all the districts. Over 4,000 counting officials will be involved in the counting of votes to be conducted in 11 district HQ.

CEO Madhup Vyas said foolproof security arrangements have been made with the deployment of both the state police and the CAPF in all the counting halls.
