‘Budget focus on interests of PM’s big business friends’

Guwahati: Even as the BJP was hopeful that the Union Budget will accelerate investment cycle and create more jobs, the opposition in Assam could not find hope for the “have nots” from the budget. Congress leader Pradyut Bordoloi said the rosy picture on employment generation is hypothetical. Congress leader Gaurav Gogoi said the Budget has focused on the interests of big business friends of PM Modi.
