Training to help people with autism enter IT industry

GURGAON: NASSCOM and IT consultancy firm Nagarro on Thursday launched TestingPro, a dedicated training programme for people with autism to become part of the tech industry’s workforce.

Nagarro has partnered with Action for Autism, a pioneering organisation for autism spectrum disorderin South Asia, and Atypical Advantage, an inclusive platform for the employment of persons with disabilities, to launch TestingPro in India. This aims to contribute to the IT industry by creating more job opportunities and promoting inclusivity.
