GURGAON: The heavy downpour on Wednesday applied brakes to the speed of the traffic. The rains started at around 8:30am, and soon the traffic movement during morning rush took a hit.

Traffic movement has been affected in areas like Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Hero Honda Chowk, Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road, HUDA City Centre and Delhi-Gurgaon expressway. Traffic jams have been reported on MG Road, Sikanderpur and DLF phase II areas.

Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road submerged.

The traffic police has urged people to be patient and maintain lane discipline, as there is low visibility.
