Kaithal police
solved the
murder case of a woman within 24 hours and arrested four accused, including a woman, on Monday.

(42) lived alone in a rented accommodation near
DAV Colony
in Haryana's Kaithal district. Her landlord, Ashok Malik, found her strangulated in the house on July 26.
The arrested accused have been identified as Shubham, Tarsem alias Sanju, Omprakash alias Pasi of Kaithal and Simran of Panipat, all in their twenties.
“The main accused has been identified as Shubham (22) who was in an illicit relationship with Asha. The deceased woman suspected that Shubham had developed relationship with someone she knew, therefore, she used to fight with him and they had a fight on July 26 as well. Later, Shubham, in connivance with Simran, conspired to murder Asha. The accused also fled away with Rs 16,000 kept in her wardrobe,” DSP Kulbhushan said.
As per the information, Simran used to visit Asha’s place where she came in contact with Shubham.
On July 27, on the complaint of Ashok Malik, a case under Section 302 (punishment for murder) was registered at
Kaithal City police station.
