GURGAON: A delegation of 14 deputy commissioners from Bangladesh will visit the city on Monday to observe how the district administration runs, including its challenges and achievements.
The one-day field visit to Gurgaon has been organised by deputy commissioner TL Satyaprakash as part a training programme for the team by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
The exercise is part of protocol following prime minister Narendra Modi's visit to Bangladesh recently, informed the DC.
"During the training, the team will be given first hand account about how DCs manages a district and deals with various agencies in the district to maintain a balance," he said.
He informed that Road Transport authority secretary Sushil Sarwan has been appointed as the nodal officer to co-ordinate the program.
