UK man found dead in rented room at Anjuna

Panaji:Timothy Paul Davis, 61, a UK national, was found dead at a rented place in Anjuna on Saturday. Police said they received a phone call from Panaji PCR informing them that Davis had died in his rented house at Soranto Vaddo, Anjuna. On reaching the spot, police found Davis lying dead on the bed.
Police said there were no external injuries on the body, except for ant bite marks near the private parts and the neck region.
An enquiry conducted with the house owner and friends of the deceased revealed that he was complaining about stomach pain since Friday, police said. The body was preserved at GMC for a postmortem examination.
Anjuna police registered the case of unnatural death.
